The style of each Japanese chef is really different. I have eaten several before. I personally think this one is very special after delicious. The environment is good. The location is large, you have to make an appointment in advance. You can intuitively cook sushi at the bar, which is simply visual enjoyment. The ingredients are very, very fresh, especially the sea urchin aftertaste is endless. The environment of the whole store is very quiet.

Matsugawa, tabelog used to be the number one restaurant in Japan. Many customers can make an appointment once a year. I was fortunate to meet Japan  Intelligence Jun. I tried twice, July in 18 years and May in 19 years. It was originally about March in 20 years, but because of the epidemic, I couldn&#39;t go to the scene . So the appointment became January 28, 2021. Really  standard standard one year.

The view from the restaurant is simply stunning. There is nothing better than the view outside Tokyo Tower, especially on a clear night. The service was impeccable, the waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. He even went to the trouble to ask about food allergies and then had the chef modify the menu accordingly. The food was also very good. A word of warning, there is a lot of food, so bring your appetite! I had the main course and dessert from the menu, and it was more than enough food for me. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

This was a truly amazing lunch. Chef Koji served us 4 superb courses, each beautifully presented on the plate. I really recommend this restaurant. The oysters were my favourite for the main course, but the roast duck was also delicious, as was the John Dory vermicelli. The dessert was a bigger chocolate surprise, you really have to try it. The waiters were really attentive and explained the details of each dish clearly and fluently in English. This was a great meal and a great value lunch that deserves the title of a 2 Michelin star restaurant.

Akasaka Teppanyaki is located at ANA InterContinental Tokyo 37F 107-0052, Akasaka1-12-33, Minato-ku, Tokyo. This restaurant near the Tokyo Skytree has a great atmosphere and the food is delicious. Whether it is the service or the ingredients in the restaurant, they are all excellent. I feel happy.
